The person at the front counter was friendly. Great location next to hospital. Very cheap. Helpful man at desk.

Clean and neat

It was basic. The tv reception initially was poor. Owner eventually retuned it. No Sky. Lighting in the room very dim. Barely adequate.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the location was great, with many amenities close by, including a fantastic Malaysian restaurant on Manukau road. I also appreciated that it was within walking distance of the Logan Campbell centre, which was very convenient for me. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were good, and I especially liked the fact that there was a fridge available, even though it was a bit rundown. I found this hotel to be a great value for money.

Being upstairs as I find it hard to walk. This wasn't the motels fault as I took the last motel.

This hotel is a great value for the money, especially considering its convenient location. It's handy to a lovely Malaysian restaurant on Manukau Road and is also close to shops. Additionally, it's just a short distance from ASB Showgrounds where the trade fair was held. The staff here is very friendly and the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including the rundown fridge, were sufficient.

All in all, everything here was just fine.

Seemed well organised, helpful re booking a cab, no fuss, all good.

I liked that it was very easy to find. There was sufficient parking outside and as we had picked the family room there was heaps of room. The shower was good, plenty of mirrors and plugs. It is close to lots of things and was super easy to get to Mt Smart Stadium from here. I loved the curtains. Nice and dark which is good because all motels have lights on outside and light curtains are a big no no! The motel is a little bit dated but a great place for a night, it has the basic necessities and that's all we wanted. I needed a map and the staff were happy to lend me one.

It is dated - yes. There was a little bit of rubbish under the table and the queen bed.

The staff at this hotel are attentive and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a fridge, are well-maintained and functional. Breakfast at the hotel is a nice addition and adds to the overall positive experience.

All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory.

This hotel is located in a convenient spot, just a short walk to a good Malaysian restaurant on Manukau Road and just across the street to Alexandra park. the location is great and there are plenty of nearby restaurant options. Although some reviews mentioned cleanliness issues, my room was comfortably appointed with clean linens and a spacious bathroom.

The hotel staff could use some help with customer service.

Friendliness of staff, general cleanliness and was perfectly located for the reason for our stay. Breakfast was an excellent meal to start the day with.

No morning paper with breakfast, no guide for use of TV and remote and rubbish under the bed (plastic bag).
